The Air Ride cab kit was developed by Keith Brown, a Central City, Nebraska native who grew up on the family farm, which is now a Row Crop operation specializing in corn, seed corn, soybeans, seed beans, milo, and popcorn, along with a detasseling company and seed corn harvesting business. Air Ride Technologies, LLC is owned and operated by Keith Brown.
The concept for the Air Ride Cab kit came from many hours of riding fields in John Deere Track Tractors. Keith felt there had to be a better way. A way to get the job done with a better level of comfort. A way to improve the ride at an affordable cost. That way was the Air Ride Cab Kit.
Since 1999, when he began his first experiments with Air Ride suspensions, Keith has been designing and re-designing the kit. The first plans were drawn up in 2004. In 2006 the first prototype was developed and installed using their own John Deere 8310T. The kit now has a patent pending. In September of 2006 they sold the first unit for installation on their neighbor's John Deere 8320T, and the sales have continued ever since, branching out from that first local sale to distributors and sales in Minnesota, Colorado, Kansas, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Texas.
Keith acknowledges and appreciates the tremendous support he received from his father during the development of the Air Ride Cab kit.
